Probiotics purchased though this site are directly shipped from Natren's manufacturing plant in cold ice to preserve the potency and freshness. Please store in a fridge after receiving them.

• Are drop-shipped (2nd-day UPS Air) in dry ice packs.
• They are shipped directly from the NATREN factory, Monday through Wednesday only.
• Any order placed after 12pm on Monday or Tuesday will be shipped the next day.
• Any order placed Wednesday after 12pm will be shipped the following Monday.

A NATREN shipping fee of $12.95 will be added to all orders for 2nd-day UPS Air shipping in the U.S.

No shipment to PO boxes or out of the United States.
